I'm a User Experience Researcher in the Bay Area and I have the best job ever. I get to combine my fascination with human behavior with my enthusiasm for tech innovation. I spend my days interacting with users as they discover, play, and work with our products. Then I transform my observations into user insights and deliver actionable design recommendations to the incredibly smart people with whom I work.
In my previous life I worked as a Healthcare Strategy and Management Consultant so I understand the growth, marketing, human resource, and financial challenges facing growing organizations. That gives me a unique ability to prioritize user experience recommendations strategically to accelerate product success.
